Winter is in the air...time to spend an extra 15 minutes each morning warming up car before leaving house and layering on the scarves, hats, gloves and tons of moisturizers...lotions...hydrating creams...
Also time to look into my closet and see what needs updating, donating, and organizing...sweaters to the front, summer dresses, sandals and slides, to the back.
Though there are several of the "on trend" items from recent collections and stores I am loving, there are some of the more scaled down items that I have a definite crush on this season...Here are some of the wintery delights I have my eye on right now.
JCrew's Minnie Pant...prefection!
Ivory ruffled pea coat...super darling!
Folder ankle boot (preferably in taupe or ivory)...super wearable with so much (like the Minnie pant!) but don't pair well with ice!
I purchased the Sorel Joan of Arctic boots a few months ago, in Hawk. These will be perfect for those icy cold mornings...I gave a pair to a friend this year for her birthday and she adores them! (Try Zappos for a steal of a deal on Sorel brand boots!)
